OUR WORKPLACE

At RESTAT we believe in creating a fun, relaxed environment for our employees. We have indoor golf outings, treat days, parties, Halloween costume contests, etc. Making the environment an enjoyable place to come into everyday is very important to the RESTAT "family".

EMPLOYEE RECOGNITION

RESTAT believes in recognizing employees for their efforts. We want our employees to feel appreciated by their co-workers and management for their contributions to the company. The little things go a long way! Some programs we have in place to recognize employees are:

• Employee of the Month - this is a peer recognition program where a committee chooses one of the nominees who then receive a parking spot and a few other desk top gifts
• Employee of the Year - at the end of the year, one of the 12 Employees of the Month will be chosen for this award. This individual will receive an engraved crystal award and $1000.
• Attendance Awards - employees are eligible for cash rewards for perfect or "near" perfect attendance each year.
• Peer-to-Peer - this is a peer recognition program where an employee fills out a perforated "YOU ARE A STAR" card. Half of the card goes to the employee to thank them and let them know they are appreciated. The other half is submitted to HR with the nominated employee's name to be entered in to a lottery to win casual day cards to use when they choose.
