David R. Kwasny, R. Ph., President
David Kwasny was named President of RESTAT in 2009 after guiding the growth of the company for 12 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In that time, David grew the number of lives administered more than four-fold, and set an agenda of attention to detail in all sales and service functions that provides RESTAT with second-to-none customer satisfaction and retention ratios. As President of the nation's largest privately-held prescription benefit manager, David is accountable for strategic planning, resource allocation and commitment, providing continuity for RESTAT's strong culture of service to clients, community and its employees.

Prior to joining RESTAT in 1997, David was Regional Sales Director for ProVantage, Script Card and HCPP (Health Care Pharmacy Providers). In addition, David had been a Pharmacy District Manager for The Kmart Corporation managing 35 stores in SW Florida, and also served as a Key Account Manager for Kmart's AmeriKind Pharmacy Network. David maintains an active licensed status as a pharmacist, and has had extensive operational experience in all aspects of community pharmacy at the independent and chain store level. David graduated in 1976 from Temple University School of Pharmacy in Philadelphia, PA.

John P. Bergan, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
John was promoted to RESTAT's first Chief Operating Officer in 2009 after 12 years as RESTAT's Vice President of Operation and Information Systems. As COO, John oversees key RESTAT strategic functions such as Systems Management, Hardware and Software Infrastructure. In addition, John oversees Customer Service, Clinical Service and Provider Relations. In his 12 years as Vice President of Information Systems, John guided RESTAT through both a major claim adjudication and eligibility management software conversion and significant hardware infrastructure upgrade and expansion. John has also been integral in RESTAT meeting audit standards since initiating annual SAS 70 Type II audits in 2001. Prior to joining RESTAT in 1997, John worked for FoxMeyer Drug Company (a $5 billion Pharmacy wholesaler) and ProVantage/ScriptCard where he served as Vice President of Operations in Dallas, Texas.

Mark L. Helvick, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Mark Helvick joined RESTAT as CFO in July of 2009, having previously served in executive roles (including President, COO and Senior Vice President) for two UnitedHealth Group subsidiaries, OptumHealth Specialty Benefits, and National Benefit Resources, Inc. Prior to joining UnitedHealth Group he worked for several years for Assurant, an $8.5 billion financial services company, serving in a variety of executive positions including Vice President, Controller, and Senior Accounting Officer. Earlier in his career he worked for Deloitte & Touche, managing field audits while serving as an Audit Supervisor and Actuarial Consultant. Mark graduated from Drake University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

As RESTAT's CFO, Mark will be adding his diverse financial skills and leadership experience to RESTAT's senior management team and will focus on refining performance measurement and reporting across all RESTAT operational areas, including client and vendor value-added information analysis and modeling products and services.

Terry G. White, R.Ph., Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Terry White, R.Ph., joins RESTAT as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing after 15 years with CVS Caremark where he was Area Vice President for 7 years, most recently focusing on Caremark's Private Label/Rebate Utility Services initiatives in Caremark's Dallas office. Terry will focus on guiding expansion of RESTAT's Sales and Marketing resources, including raising industry awareness of RESTAT's unique value-added opportunities, and increasing penetration in select market sectors nationwide. Terry will also focus on maintaining RESTAT's industry leading Client Satisfaction and Customer Satisfaction ratings, applying his broad national service and relationship experience to enhance RESTAT's capacity to provide its current and prospective clients with value-added services created to meet their unique cost control and utilization management objectives. Prior to his 15 years with Caremark, Terry also had 5 years of professional experience managing pharmacy programs for home health and inpatient hospital facilities, in addition to serving as a part-time Professor and Curriculum Committee member at Richland College during its successful application for accreditation from the American Society of Hospital Pharmacists. Terry is a graduate of The University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy.

Ann Larkin, CPA, Vice President of Finance
Ann was named RESTAT's first Vice President of Finance in 2006, after nine years as Controller. The first woman to be appointed Vice President in RESTAT's 25 year history, Ann is a key member of RESTAT's Senior Management Team. Drawing on 20 years of Financial and Accounting experience, Ann plays an integral role in developing, implementing and analyzing RESTAT's financial protocols and procedures to assist clients in optimizing the financial performance of their prescription drug plans. Ann has responsibility for management of RESTAT's Finance department, and directs all RESTAT financial analysis activities including, but not limited to; account profitability, business line profitability, sales territory contribution and current and future pricing analysis, and the implementation of systems and controls to assure accurate and timely financial reporting. Prior to joining RESTAT, Ann served as Manager of Internal Audit for Kohler Company, a $2 billion international company.

Jo Mischker, Vice President of Information Technology
Jo has been instrumental in guiding the Information Systems staff in the creation of quality systems over the past fourteen years. In her current position, she oversees the application development staff, which is responsible for all the programming on the IBM and Unix platforms. Jo also manages RESTAT's Information Services and Database Administration staff. Rounding out Jo's staff is RESTAT's Quality Assurance Department, which is responsible for defining program requests, testing of applications and end user training. Jo's vast industry experience continues to make a positive impact during all phases of application development here at RESTAT.

Patrick McComis, R.Ph., Vice President of Operations and Clinical Services
Patrick has been a key contributor to RESTAT's continuous growth since joining the company in October of 1997. Over the past twelve years Patrick has been instrumental in developing innovative clinical and managed care programs for many long-term RESTAT clients allowing them to save tens of millions of dollars annually through aggressive cost control and utilization management programs.

In his expanded role, Patrick will continue to oversee all RESTAT Clinical and Provider Relations activities, as well as taking on responsibilities for Customer Service, Eligibility Management, ID card production, Claims and Facility operations, with direct report from Managers and Supervisors in these areas. Patrick's experience as a Registered Pharmacist, along with his diverse managed care and PBM industry experience presents RESTAT a unique opportunity to find staff synergies, organizational efficiencies, and gain further operational momentum.

Prior to joining RESTAT, Patrick spent several years with Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Wisconsin where he served as a Clinical Pharmacist performing DUR services, Formulary review, and development of CQI and TQM programs. Patrick has also served as Vice President of Americare, a home infusion company and was a Coordinator and Pharmacist for Pamida, a Midwestern pharmacy retailer. Patrick graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Pharmacy in 1986, and from Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1984.
