RESTAT, LLC (hereafter RESTAT) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The F.
Dohmen Company, a privately-held pharmaceutical supply-chain services
provider. The F. Dohmen Company is in its fifth generation of family
management.
RESTAT, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, began processing claims and managing
pharmacy benefits in 1985, making RESTAT one of the most experienced
prescription benefit management companies doing business in America today.
RESTAT is currently the sixth largest PBM in the U.S. as illustrated in the March
10, 2008 edition of Business Insurance, and is the largest independent PBM with no
ownership in or by any pharmaceutical manufacturer or mail order prescription
service. Independent from drug manufacturers and mail order service providers,
RESTAT is able to provide our customers unbiased consultation. RESTAT's goal
is to maximize cost containment opportunities and optimize positive patient
