Client Services Department Assistant

Job Summary:

Providing Administrative Support to the Client Services Department

Job Requirements:

- Answers overflow calls for the department; responds to basic client inquiries or supplies messages to appropriate department contact
-Maintains electronic department documentation and spreadsheets
-Verification of Plan Set-Up and Plan Changes in ScriptWise
-Tracks and completes scheduled client reporting and other miscellaneous report requests
-Facilitates password resets
-Maintains department filing
-Completes administrative prior authorizations (as needed)
-Special projects/research as assigned
-All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

-High School diploma or equivalent
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Exel, Word, and Outlook; ScriptWise
-Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
-The ability to perform detail-oriented work
-The ablility to handle multiple tasks at once
-Self-starter and team player

Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

There are several full-time positions available; shifts include Sunday through Thursday 8am-5pm or Monday through Friday 10:30am-7pm.

Job Requirements:

1. Answers incoming telephone calls.

2. Promptly responds to telephone inquiries from customers and expediently resolves those issues.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma with previous experience in Customer Service

2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

3. Excellent communication skills

4. The ability to problem solve effectively

5. The ability to handle multiple tasks at once

6. Bilingual is a plus!
