Common Questions

What pharmacies can I use?

The Genesis prescription drug program uses a customized pharmacy network which includes preferred Align network pharmacies.  To locate the participating pharmacy nearest you, please use the pharmacy locator on the right side of this page, or call Restat Customer Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 855-399-7342

How do I use my prescription drug card?

When you have to fill a prescription from your doctor, go to one of Restat’s participating network pharmacies and present your prescription ID Card.  You may be required to pay a portion of the drug cost (copayment, coinsurance or annual deductibles, etc.) as required by your plan.

What will the pharmacist do?

The pharmacist will use the membership ID number on your card to enter your prescription into the pharmacy system.  This information is electronically sent to Restat for coverage and cost verification.  The correct price of the prescription is calculated and returned to the pharmacist.

What will Restat do?

Restat works with your employer and network pharmacies to coordinate your prescription drug program.  Restat also provides Customer Service Representatives to assist with questions you or your pharmacist may have regarding your eligibility or prescription drug plan.

When can I start using this program?

You may begin using your prescription drug card on the date medical benefits are effective for you and/or your eligible dependents.

How do I print a Temporary ID card?

Once your benefits are effective, you can click the Member REPortal login (top right of this page).  Enter your user ID/password, or Register Now.  Once you have successfully logged in, select Member ID Card on the left.  Although this Temporary Prescription ID Card will not be the exact same format as your actual card, it will include the pertinent information the pharmacy will need to process your prescription.

How do I log into Member REPortal and check prescription drug prices before my benefits are effective?

If you do not yet have active coverage under the Genesis plan, Restat has created a Test User for you to price medications.  Click the Member REPortal Login on the top right or Click Here

Enter the User ID: GENESISTEST (case sensitive) and Password: TEST1234 (case sensitive).

Once your benefits are effective, you can easily price medications by accessing MemberREPortal and logging into your account.  This tool will allow you to determine the least expensive pharmacy for you and for Genesis.  If this is your first visit, you will need to register to access the site.  You will need the information from your Prescription ID Card to register.

DISCLAIMERS:
