Our Workplace

Employee Recognition
Restat believes in recognizing employees for their efforts. We want our employees to feel appreciated by their co-workers and management for their contributions to the company. The little things go a long way! Some programs we have in place to recognize employees are:
- Quarterly Super Star Award - this is a peer recognition program where a committee chooses one of the nominees who then receive a parking spot, a few desk top gifts, and $500!
- Super Star of the Year - at the end of the year, one of the 4 Super Stars of the Quarter will be chosen for this award. This individual will receive an engraved crystal award and another $500.
- Attendance Awards - employees are eligible for cash rewards for perfect or "near" perfect attendance each year.
