CLIENT SERVICES
Your Dedicated Account Executive's primary responsibility is interpreting your plan design, and coordinating and implementing those benefits into the RESTAT system. Following the implementation of your plan, you will receive ongoing support from someone who is proficient in understanding the intricacies of your prescription benefit plan design, eligibility, and ID Card parameters.
